Pastor Trish earned her Master of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary (1995), her Ph.D. in Theological and Religious studies from Drew University (2005), and was ordained as Minister of Word and Sacrament in 2013 by the New York Classis of the Reformed Church in America. She has published several articles on religion, gender, and queer theory, and is the author of The Religious Dimensions of Advertising. She has taught religion and gender theory at the college level, and was the Lilly Visiting Scholar in Religious and Gender Studies at Austin College in Sherman, Texas (2006-2008). Before accepting the call to ministry at Middletown Reformed Church in March 2015, she was an Associate Minister at Middle Collegiate Church in the East Village of NYC. Pastor Trish is grateful to God for the privilege of being the pastor of such a dynamic congregation called Middletown Reformed Church.
